We will perform a visual inspection of the exterior, check the entry points to ensure they are properly secured, collect and bring in mail, and then perform an interior inspection.

You will receive a full copy of your assurance report to your email. The results of the inspection along with any applicable photos will be enclosed. This report can be passed along to your home insurance provider if you need to make a claim.

Anything abnormal will be flagged in your assurance report. If we discover anything that we find to be particularly concerning we will notify you and discuss any further instruction. If we cannot reach you, we will attempt to contact an authorized emergency contact.
